A generous portion of lobster tail meat sits atop of a crisp tossed salad of cos lettuce, croutons, parmesan cheese and bacon with a warm egg buried within then drizzled with a zesty salad dressing.

Seared, marinated tender beef pieces tossed through fresh crispy spring vegetables mixed with mesclun lettuce and drizzled with a tangy Thai dressing.

Steaks are our house specialty, with our own butcher on staff. He selects the best premium, pasture fed beef from our rich, local grazing lands, ages it accordingly, before preparing it daily on the premises. This is what our Mallee Charcoal Grill is famous for, that unique taste it gives steak.

Rump steak may not be as soft as other steaks, but it is a gutsy, full flavoured meat that is perfectly suited to the Mallee grill and can be cooked well done.  
   
Scoth Fillet $21.90 $25.90
Scotch fillet is a prime, light textured cut of beef with negligible fat, no waste and the flavour is neither too mild nor too strong and very tender. Best cooked medium and under.  
   
New York Sirloin $19.90   $25.90
Sirloin steak is one of the more tender cuts available. It offers a good balance between flavour and juiciness, with just a thin layer of fat across the top to keep it moist during cooking. Best cooked medium and under.  
   
Marinated Rib Eye Steak   $24.90  
Marinated in our own home made marinade and Malle Grilled to your liking. Try a little tenderness.  
   
Reef 'n' Beef     $28.90
A thick cut of prime porterhouse steak, smothered in pan fried tiger prawns, served in a garlic cream sauce. Best cooked rare to medium.  
   
The Royal Couple     $33.90
A 1/2 W.A. Rock Lobster, cooked mornay sits atop of a prime cut of choice porterhouse steak cooked to your liking. A meal fit for a king.
